Former Living Forest staff and family member Patrick Littlejohn experiences Australian floods up close and personal.

 Patrick worked several summers at the Living Forest while attending UBC and is currently working on a post grad engineering degree in Australia in Brisbane, which was crushed with devastating floods recently. He writes a blog which usually contains stories and pictures of his life and adventures in Brisbane, but the past two posts are compelling stories and pictures of the flooding, which was only a few blocks from where he lives near the University of Queensland.

Games room
This news isn’t going to keep you awake at night with excitement (I hope office manager/painter Laurel doesn’t read this, she did the work!), but the games room is all repainted- it’s amazing what a coat of paint can do.
